All were zoned as detached town homes to get smaller lots. The environment at that time were all town homes and we felt if we can give our customers a separate identity in a town home development, they would be eager to purchase. All the units were designed separately, and the inspiration came from old neighborhoods that had a tremendous amount of curb appeal. The insides were all open floor plans and all the construction design/material were put together with today’s standards. You will see a lot more of this coming.
